2-2, This type machine CNC system is SIEMENS 808D international standard. Our researched and developed busbar professional control software is based on CAD graphic drawing technology, it can exchange standard CAD workpiece drawing into CNC system machine code. Compared with traditional drawing technology, it is more conveniently, avoiding programming mistakes, saving more time, high automation.

2-3, Our machine operation is human-machine interface, it can reflect machine running in real-time, and there is equipment fault alarm function.

2-4, Hydraulic power motor adopts international or domestic famous brand motor with high working efficiency, it can save energy in the same working situation.

2-5, This busbar punching shearing machine is used for busbar specification: thickness less 15mm, width less 200mm, length less 6000mm, with function for busbar punching, shearing, spot pressing, V-grooving, circle angle cutting, oblique angle cutting and other artwork.

2-6, Hole distance precision≤±0.1mm, locating precision≤±0.05mm, recycle locating precision≤±0.03mm.

2-7, Max. Stroke of X-axis is 2000mm for once clamping, it is main and assistant clamp structure and it can assure the workpiece moving linearity and processing precision. Main and assistant clamp moves in synchronous, improving working efficiency. Clamp technology is hydraulic driving method, compact structure, performance is stable, no noise. No need to install gas source, save equipment using cost. Clamp can be exchanged automatically, there is no need for manual intervention.

2-8, There is 5 punching station, 1 shearing position, 1 spot embossing position, mold base is large, it can reduce the mold changing time and improve working efficiency. Using whole shearing knife, busbar shearing can be finished in one time, the shearing surface is smooth, there is no concave mark; whole spot pressing mold, pressing area is large, busbar spot pressing work can be finished in one time, it improve busbar level and working efficiency. Mold structure is simple, installing conveniently, safe and reliable. Mold material is high performance alloy mold steel, advanced hardening and high level processing, long time using.

2-9, This machine is used together with CNC busbar bending machine, workpiece drawing and data is share. They are CNC busbar processing line.
