Hydraulic core assembly and turning table

1. Technology requirement

1. Total requirement

2. flat stacking, located exactly.

3. with over turning function in 0-90°, and stop in any position, and when the heavy point change from one side to another side in overturning, assure stable status.

4. In steel core overturning, there is steel core topple over device. When equipment working, it is stable in up and down movement, no abnormal noise.

5. It can meet with set size steel core overturning requirement(total steel core height≤1800mm, total steel core length≤3000mm, steel core column diameter≤600mm).

6. Seel core weight: with steel yoke≤3 tons(this worktable should meet with client supplied steel core size installation).

2. Structure requirement

2.1 Building block structure, can grouped according to steel core windows and suitable for different windows size, easy to adjust main column distance.

2.2 No requirement for special earth pit, only make a locating groove in early for assemble location, after installing finished, overturning components can be disassembled and lifted, no occupying for space.

2.3 Hydraulic overturning to assure safety and stability. Best synchronous, no deform shape for steel core, convenient for steel core binding tightly in flat status, reducing assistant clamps in vertical. There is supporting leg in vertical column, when steel core overturning in 90°, open supporting leg to avoid steel core tipping.

4. Manufacture requirement

4.1 All component must be with enough strength and rigidity, assure no deform shape and working reliability.

4.2 Lifting part must be heat treatment, assure working safety.

4.3 I-shape overturning worktable overturning gear shape rack connecting well in 90°.

4.4 All welding seam is meet with related standard, all acute angle is done in round to assure smooth, no deflection and burr in welding seam. All of welding structure has passed aging treatment.

4.5 Welding component has passed heat treatment, no deformation in quality assurance time.

4.6 Color and paint according to client requirement.
5.Features:
(1) Building block type combination structure, according to the size of the iron core window, it is not limited by the diversification of the window size, and has strong adaptability.
(2) There is no need for special pits and foundations without occupying working space, and the economy is good.
(3) The ability to turn over is strong, and no additional energy is required except for the use of workshop driving. Thereby saving energy, reducing investment in auxiliary equipment and basic investment, and having a good performance-price ratio.
(4) The turning is safe and stable, the synchronization is good, the iron core is not deformed, and the reliability is high.
(5) The center distance is adjustable, and the table size is designed according to customer requirements.
(6) The overall deformation of the table top is less than 3mm when it is turned over, and the perpendicularity between the stacking table and the turning beam is less than 2 mm before and after turning.
(7) The use of international advanced design software for finite element analysis ensures sufficient strength and stiffness. Using hot-rolled steel or low carbon steel welded structure, in order to ensure the flatness, the key positions are machined. Aging treatment is also required for welded structures. The longitudinal beam is equipped with flipping legs, and opening the legs after the iron core is flipped at 90° can prevent the iron core from turning over unstablely.

7. Main Machine Structures
1. Base frame: As the foundation of the entire equipment, it has sufficient rigidity and strength. It is welded by shaped steel and then vibratory stress relief treatment.
2. Support rod: When stacking iron cores, it bears the weight of the entire platform and iron core together with the oil cylinder.
3. Turnover seat: As a platform of the stacking cores, it is also used as a moving foundation for movable longitudinal beams. When turning over, it has to withstand the ejection force of the oil cylinder, has sufficient rigidity and strength. It is welded by shaped steel and then vibratory stress relief treatment. The seat is closed platform under the assembly rods.
4. Oil cylinder and hydraulic system: It provides power for turning and can be self-locked to ensure that it can stop at any
position when turning. The oil cylinder adopts high-quality engineering oil cylinder, the hydraulic system adopts Siemens Beide motor, Japan Yuken oil pump, Beijing Huade hydraulic valves, and Japanese imported seals, the system has high performance, durable and stable.
5. Longitudinal beam: It consists of a set of fixed longitudinal beams and two groups of movable longitudinal beams, on which stacked iron accessories are placed. The fixed stringer can be moved to adapt to different core column distances Mo. The moveable beams are adjusted by hand wheel.
6. Support jack: It is used for supporting iron yoke clips, the height can be adjusted, a total of 12 pieces.
7. Bottom support: It is a detachable structure. It can be disassembled and moved by crane. There are lock pins to fix, easy to assemble and disassemble.
8. Core column support: It is made of shaped steel with precision machining to ensure that the flatness of the entire laminated iron is 1mm. The limb is placed from the top to reduce the amount of adjustment. A total of 15 pieces of supports.
9. Electronic control system: It has the necessary functions of emergency stop, overload protection, logic interlocking, etc. All components adopt international brands such as ABB# and Schneide.
10. The front and back of the stacking table are equipped with a set of platforms for workers. The height adjustment range is about 900~1700mm, using hydraulic scissor fork lift, with detachable safety barriers on three sides. During working, the platform can move up and down freely, so the workers can have convenient working positions. The wheels of the platform can move in four direction and has lock on wheel. It can move under the assembly platform.
