2. Structure requirement
2.1 Building block structure, can grouped according to steel core windows and suitable for different windows size, easy to adjust main column distance.
2.2 No requirement for special earth pit, only make a locating groove in early for assemble location, after installing finished, overturning components can be disassembled and lifted, no occupying for space.
2.3 Hydraulic overturning to assure safety and stability. Best synchronous, no deform shape for steel core, convenient for steel core binding tightly in flat status, reducing assistant clamps in vertical. There is supporting leg in vertical column, when steel core overturning in 90°, open supporting leg to avoid steel core tipping.

4. Manufacture requirement
4.1 All component must be with enough strength and rigidity, assure no deform shape and working reliability.
4.2 Lifting part must be heat treatment, assure working safety.
4.3 I-shape overturning worktable overturning gear shape rack connecting well in 90°.
4.4 All welding seam is meet with related standard, all acute angle is done in round to assure smooth, no deflection and burr in welding seam. All of welding structure has passed aging treatment.
4.5 Welding component has passed heat treatment, no deformation in quality assurance time.
4.6 Color and paint according to client requirement.5.Features:
(1) Building block type combination structure, according to the size of the iron core window, it is not limited by the diversification of the window size, and has strong adaptability.
(2) There is no need for special pits and foundations without occupying working space, and the economy is good.
(3) The ability to turn over is strong, and no additional energy is required except for the use of workshop driving. Thereby saving energy, reducing investment in auxiliary equipment and basic investment, and having a good performance-price ratio.

(5) The center distance is adjustable, and the table size is designed according to customer requirements.
(6) The overall deformation of the table top is less than 3mm when it is turned over, and the perpendicularity between the stacking table and the turning beam is less than 2 mm before and after turning.
(7) The use of international advanced design software for finite element analysis ensures sufficient strength and stiffness. Using hot-rolled steel or low carbon steel welded structure, in order to ensure the flatness, the key positions are machined. Aging treatment is also required for welded structures. The longitudinal beam is equipped with flipping legs, and opening the legs after the iron core is flipped at 90° can prevent the iron core from turning over unstablely.
